Web アクセス解析から得られるインサイトを基に、SEO/LLMO 施策、コンテンツ企 画、競合分析を推進し、日本市場向けのデジタル戦略実行を担っていただきます。
また、グローバルチームと連携しながら、日本市場に最適な Web 体験の構築やデジタ ル施策の展開を推進していただきます。
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Adobe Analytics、Google Analytics 等を活用した Web サイト分析
- アクセスデータやユーザー行動の分析を通じた改善提案
- ビジネスおよびマーケティング部門向けレポートの作成・共有とデータに基づく意 思決定の支援
- SEO 戦略の立案・実行およびテクニカル SEO およびコンテンツ最適化の推進
- AI 検索（LLM/Generative Search）を見据えたコンテンツ最適化施策 の企画
- 運用 • マーケティングチームと連携した日本市場向けコンテンツ企画
- 業界トレンドや顧客ニーズを踏まえた Web ページ制作・改善
- コンテンツパフォーマンスの評価と改善提案
- 日本市場における競合他社の Web 戦略
- デジタル施策の分析と定期的な レポート作成およびグローバルチームへの情報共有
- 市場動向・競争環境分析を通じた改善提案やデジタルプロモーション施策の 企画・推進
- 社内関係者のデジタル施策へのエンゲージメント向上
- パーソナライゼーションプログラム（myInfineon）の運用サポートおよびトラブ ルシューティング

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Must to have...
- デジタルマーケティング、Web マネジメント、Web 解析などの分野における 5 年以上の実務経験
- SEO 施策および Web データ分析の実務経験
- B2B 企業でのマーケティングまたは Web 運営経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（会議参加・メール対応が可能なレベル）
Nice to have...
- 日本市場向けデジタルマーケティング経験
- 半導体、電子部品、産業機器メーカー等での経験
- グローバル組織での業務経験 • AI を活用したコンテンツ戦略や検索最適化の経験
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript の基礎知識
- CMS 運用経験 • GitHub Copilot など生成 AI ツール活用経験
- LLMO（Large Language Model Optimization）や AI Search Optimization の知識
