Ship agency Operations Executive/Boarding Officer

As Ship Agent/Boarding Officer, he/she will have to deliver CTM, documents, spares, co-ordinate with ship suppliers and ship owners, co-ordinate repairs, arrange delivery of spares, place order for fresh water, book hotel accomodation arrange land and sea transportation for crew and superintendents, , apply PSA and Jurong pass for technicians and crew, etc.
Also reply promptly to emails and calls from ship master/crew and owner. Arrange in/out pilotage and MPA port clearance for vessel. Arrange crew clearance on vessel arrival and departure ICA clearance.

Required to work at odd hours and under pressure/time deadline. As owners protective agent, he will need to minimise ship expenses and protect owners interest.
Any issues/problems or complicated/new/unfamiliar situations should be discussed with our management for better handling and mitigating any damages.
