Ship agency operator

Looking for Ship agency operator with below JD.

• Coordinate port calls, vessel berthing, bunkering

• Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents

• Monitor vessel schedules and ensure timely turnaround.

• Support marine crew with documentation and shore requirements.

• Prepare and manage shipping documents including B/L, manifest, port clearance, etc.

• Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, safety regulations (ISM/ISPS), and environmental standards.

• Maintain accurate records and filing of operation and documents.

• Track cargo movement and ensure proper handling, storageand delivery.

• Liaise with shippers, consignees, and logistics providers.

• Act as point of contact between vessel, office, andexternal stakeholders.

• Provide updates to clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
