Employment Details:
- Pay Range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 3500 (Salary is negotiable for exceptional candidates)
- Hiring Type: Direct Hiring by Company (No agency fees involved)
- Location: Prime CBD location at Raffles Place ( 3-minute walk from Raffles Place MRT)
Core Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Trade Documentation: Prepare, verify, and manage import/export shipping documents (e.g., Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificate of Origin) and coordinate with freight forwarders or logistics partners.
- Front-of-House & Corporate Image: Greet visitors professionally to uphold and enhance the company’s corporate image and reputation.
- Communication Management: Manage all incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate routing of information.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office maintenance, manage pantry/stationery inventory, and handle procurement tasks.
- Documentation & Scheduling: Manage document distribution, filing, and archiving; coordinate meeting schedules and room bookings.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination across various departments and stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc Support: Provide administrative support for tasks assigned by management and handle spontaneous requests as needed.
- Must Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is required .
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is required (Mandarin-speaking preferred) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and high professional ethics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (highly skilled in Excel for data reconciliation).
- Residency: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only.
Preferred Qualifications (PriorityConsideration):
· Proven experience in Foreign Trade or international trading environments.
· Prior experience in Human Resources (HR)administration is a significant advantage.
