The Shipping Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and managing all aspects of the company’s shipping and logistics operations. This role focuses on improving shipping performance, reducing transportation costs, ensuring carrier compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to translate operational insights into actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements:
  • Monitor daily shipping activity and ensure accuracy of shipments, documentation, and carrier scheduling.
    • Analyze shipping performance, costs, and trends
    • Optimize shipping routes, processes, and workflows
    • Support cross-functional teams with shipping requirements and inquiries
  • Analyze shipping data to identify inefficiencies, trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance issues.
  • Evaluate carrier performance (on-time delivery, damage rates, cost accuracy) and maintain scorecards.
  • Reconcile freight invoices and collaborate with carriers to resolve billing discrepancies.
    • Prepare the proper documents for all outbound material for Track-Type-Tractor.

Salary:
50,000 per year
Up to 10% KPI Bonus
