  Job Summary

  We are seeking a reliable Non-CDL Delivery Driver to operate a straight box truck on a regularly scheduled local route.

  In this role, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, delivering, and picking up materials for our customers. You will strictly adhere to safety and compliance regulations, ensure products are delivered undamaged and on schedule, and deliver professional customer service as a key representative of Eco Finishing Co.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Order Delivery & Pickup: Safely and accurately deliver customer orders and pick up new orders on designated routes. Take all necessary precautions to protect products and customer property.

  • Loading & Securing Cargo: Efficiently load, unload, and secure products inside the delivery vehicle.

  • Order Verification: Verify order details, weights, and quantities against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.

  • Customer Service Liaison: Serve as a professional liaison between Eco Finishing Co. and our clients, helping resolve customer concerns promptly and constructively.

  • Vehicle & Safety Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the straight box truck, maintain cleanliness and vehicle appearance, and complete required driver/hours-of-service logs.

  • Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts or non-motorized material handling equipment to move materials to designated areas.

  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures to prevent workplace injuries, participate in regular safety meetings, and contribute to continuous safety improvements.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must be 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (fewer than 5 moving violations in the last 5 years).

  • Non-CDL driver capable of operating straight box trucks weighing up to 26,000 lbs.

  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within five (5) days of request.

  • Previous delivery driving experience preferred (1+ years).

  • Basic math and measurement skills.

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

  Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Physical Capability: Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

  • Mobility: Must be able to physically operate delivery vehicles (climbing into/out of the cab, twisting for 360-degree visibility, and operating vehicle controls) as well as climb, lift, push, pull, or kneel as required.

  • Work Environment: Route work involves indoor manufacturing environments and exposure to varying weather conditions, shop temperatures, noise, chemicals, and dust.
