We have an immediate opening for the following position:

Shipping Clerk

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Prepares and keeps records of all shipping documentation, including but not limited to bill of lading reports, shipping labels, packing documentation, routing options, traffic class, and entry into ERP system

• Coordinates with all departments to fulfill specific and ongoing inventory, receiving, picking and shipping needs
• Communicates between departments, with carriers, and customers (as needed).
• Organizes the paperwork and priorities from sales, service, and manufacturing departments.
• Coordinates deliveries
• Communicates with carriers, brokers, and the customer directly, as needed
• Maintains accurate inventory counts
• Operate forklift and scissor lifts
• Performs other duties as assigned
