Shipping Coordinator - AR

JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinates the movement and control of material through the shipment department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Pulls customer orders and prepares them for shipment.
2. Loads and unloads trucks.
3. Processes small packages (UPS/FEDEX).
4. Keys or scans shipping transactions into the manufacturing system.
5. Copies and distributes paperwork, as needed.
6. Maintains records and files paperwork in accordance with established procedures.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

1. May manually handle, repack, or repalletize materials.
2. Must operate a forklift truck, pallet jack, parts counting scales, stretch wrapper, and other material handling devices.
3. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
