- Manage daily import/export and shipping operations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers and customs agents.
- Ensure accurate shipping documentation and timely delivery.
- Monitor shipments and resolve delays or logistics issues.
- Manage shipping costs and negotiate freight rates.
- Liaise with Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
- Lead the shipping team and drive operational improvements.
- Prepare shipping reports and monitor logistics KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, with 5+ years of relevant shipping/logistics experience and strong team management skills.
- Open to up to $5000 based on 12 months' salary package.
