Shipping Executive
Working Days: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6pm
Working Location: Pandan Loop, Clementi
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of Shipping Documents (Import/Export, Back to Back & Transhipment) including D/O, Invoices, COO (FTA), etc
- Customs Permit Declaration & CNB Licence Application
- Liase and Co-ordinate with Warehouse, Freight Forwarders & Liners
- Source for competitive freight rates
- Liase with overseas customers/suppliers and work closely with various departments
- Checking of HS Codes
- Checking and accepting of vessel nomination
- Liase with overseas customers
