Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a global shipbroking company looking for a Shipping Operator as part of its expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking/sending port arrival notices (ETA Notices) or Delivery Notices
- Verification and follow-up of travel instructions at loading and unloading
- Follow-up of the trip and management of all the obligations in the contract/CP and problems that may arise during the trip
- Management of potential disputes and the closing of contracts with counterparties (Laytimes, Claims, etc.)
- Invoicing/brokerage commission
Key Requirements:
- Prior industry experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, independent, efficient, meticulous and client oriented
- Team player
- Able to manage stress
