SHIPYARD OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description
Daily production, repair, maintenance, and resource allocation within a marine or shipbuilding facility to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Plan, schedule, and supervise daily operations, including ship repair, conversion, steel fabrication, and block construction.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 to 10 years in the maritime, offshore, or heavy industrial sector, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Deep familiarity with shipbuilding/repair processes, shipyard infrastructure maintenance
