About the role

As an Operations Specialist in Istanbul, you will be at the heart of our processing and logistics operations. Your work ensures the quality, speed and precision needed to deliver sporting history to fans and partners worldwide.

Playing a vital role in turning match-worn shirts into treasured collectibles, you will help drive the success of our local facility in a positive, "can-do" culture where collaboration and innovation thrive.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inbound Processing: Processing inbound shirt flows efficiently from clubs and partners.

• Product Photography: Conducting product photography to ensure items are showcased to our high standards.

• Authentication: Handling the precise authentication process for unique match-worn items.

• Global Shipping: Preparing and shipping outbound shirt orders to fans globally.

• Logistics & Operations: Supporting internal logistics, inventory and general daily office operations.

We are looking for the following skillset:

• Mindset: A hands-on doer with a proactive, goal-oriented and "can-do" attitude.

• Precision: Highly detail-oriented and precise when handling valuable, one-of-a-kind memorabilia.

• Teamwork: A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong willingness to learn.

• Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking; experience in an operational environment is a plus.

• Legal: Fully eligible to work in Turkey.

• Location & Hours: Part-time (24 hours per week) based in our Istanbul office. Shifts are scheduled based on operational needs during the week (full days 09:00–18:00, or half-day shifts 09:00–12:30 / 13:30–18:00).

Our procedure

1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min).

2. Assessment round (± 120 min).

3. Interview round 1 (± 45-60 min).

4. In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min).
