About the role

As a Shirt & Operations Specialist, you’ll be right at the heart of the action! From the moment a match-worn shirt arrives to the moment it’s ready for its next destination, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly, quickly and to the highest standard.

Your eye for detail, hands-on mindset and drive for quality will directly shape the experience we deliver to fans and partners around the world. Every shirt has a story — and based in our brand-new facility in Zaandam, you’ll play a vital role in unlocking its full potential and turning these unique pieces of football history into treasured collectibles.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Inbound Processing: Processing inbound shirt flows efficiently from clubs and partner teams.

  • Product Photography: Conducting product photography to showcase items at our high visual standard.

  • Authentication: Handling the precise authentication process for unique match-worn items.

  • Framing Fulfillment: Preparing and framing shirts to our exact high-quality standards.

  • Global Shipping: Shipping outbound shirt and frame orders securely to fans worldwide.

  • Logistics & Operations: Supporting internal logistics, warehouse operations and continuous process improvements.

We are looking for the following skillset:

  • Experience: Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.

  • Mindset: A hands-on doer with a proactive, goal-oriented and "can-do" mentality who takes true ownership.

  • Precision: Highly detail-oriented and precise when handling valuable, one-of-a-kind memorabilia.

  • Licensing: Possession of a valid Driver's license.

  • Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

  • Legal: Fully eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU passport or valid Dutch work permit).

Our procedure

  1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min).

  2. Interview round 1 (± 45-60 min).

  3. In-person skill assessment with a following;

  4. In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min).
