<Job Overview>
As the Shoes factory Production Control (PC) lead, you will oversee shoe production control across three manufacturing facilities, including one undergoing rapid capacity expansion over the next three years. You will serve as the primary planning interface with our major global brand partner regarding delivery targets and share the regional management load to ensure seamless operations in Vietnam.

2. Order allocation across all VN facilities.
3. Budget volume across all VN facilities.
4. Contact window of capacity plan to Planning.
5. FPCT Logic set up and monthly FCPT result update
6. Monthly KPI assessment for SPC employee
7. Create production order for trial order.
8. Track development schedule for new model.
9. Create daily production plan/production order.
