Description

Bildt LLC. , a subsidiary of the Boldt Group

Location: Oshkosh WI

At Bildt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

At Bildt, we believe great buildings start with great relationships. As a Shop Assembler, you will join a team that is transforming the construction industry through modular and prefabricated construction. Working in a manufacturing environment, you will help construct high-quality building components that support projects across a variety of markets. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

You will use construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to assemble structural and architectural building components, including framing, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and finish materials. You will work alongside experienced team members to meet production goals, maintain quality standards, and support Bildt's innovative approach to off-site construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a relationship-focused construction company.

If you're a construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
