About Us
We are an online and retail plant nursery offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor plants. We are seeking a Shop Sales Assistant to support our daily retail and e-commerce operations.
Training will be provided for candidates who are keen to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide assistance with product enquiries
- Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms
- Process and pack online orders for delivery
- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop)
- Perform stock handling, replenishment, and basic housekeeping of the retail space
- Support day-to-day shop operations
Job Requirements
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Sales Driven (commission opportunities available)
- Willing to perform hands-on tasks in a retail environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge or interest in plants and gardening is an advantage
- Willing to work at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
