Position Summary

The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop while providing excellent service to walk-in customers. This position supports water and propane services, prepares and maintains rental equipment, manages incoming deliveries, and ensures the shop remains clean, organized, and operating safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with water purchases and liquid propane services.
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service.
• Clean and prepare used tanks returned from rental customers.
• Load new media into tanks being prepared for rental or customer use.
• Regenerate Culex tanks as needed and ensure tanks are properly prepared for service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and work area.
• Receive, unload, and properly store incoming deliveries.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products and equipment.
• Maintain appropriate organization of equipment, tanks, inventory, and supplies.
• Assist with general shop maintenance and operational needs as they arise.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper handling practices for equipment, propane, and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the business.
