Shop Sales Assistant
Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers, attend to enquiries, and provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Promote and recommend food items, menu specials, and available products to customers.
Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cashiering duties.
Assist with food packing, takeaway orders, and serving when required.
Ensure food displays, counters, and shelves are properly arranged and replenished.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of items that need replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, and shop premises.
Assist with daily shop operations, including opening and closing duties.
Handle customer feedback and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
