Job Summary

You will lead hiring, training, and managing restaurant personnel while controlling inventory and operations to maximize profit margins. Drive team collaboration to achieve sales goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with business policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide effective follow-up to gather feedback and enhance satisfaction
• Manage inventory and perform routine inspections of food and beverage preparation and presentation to boost sales
• Enforce compliance with food quality standards to maintain high product consistency
• Monitor labor costs, guest relations, and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend pay raises and incentives to motivate staff
• Maintain accurate employee schedules, records, and reports for operational efficiency
• Develop advertising materials and promotional strategies aligned with local and corporate standards
• Oversee shop displays, kitchen hygiene, and sanitation practices to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
