Shop Sales Manager
Role Overview
As the Shop Sales Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our salon operations. You will ensure the business runs smoothly by mastering the employee schedule, maintaining a pristine environment, and driving sales growth through exceptional client service and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Coordination & Scheduling
Master Scheduling: Create and manage weekly/monthly staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours and special events.
Performance Management: Monitor staff productivity and provide coaching to help nail technicians and therapists meet their sales targets.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for staff concerns or scheduling disputes.
2. Facility & Upkeeping Management
Operational Standards: Ensure the salon meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of beauty products and equipment; coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Maintenance: Identify and report any facility issues (lighting, plumbing, equipment repairs) and oversee the resolution.
3. Sales & Client Relations
Drive Revenue: Implement upselling strategies and promote seasonal packages to increase the average ticket price.
Client Experience: Handle high-level client inquiries and resolve complaints with grace and professionalism.
Reporting: Track daily sales figures and provide weekly updates to the company owners.
Required Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Fluent in communication to effectively lead a diverse team and interact with high-end clientele.
Technical: Proficiency in salon management software and basic Excel for scheduling and reporting.
