Experience: Prior experience working in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hall or Chinese medical store is highly preferred. Knowledge of traditional Chinese herbs and prescription dispensing is an advantage.

📍 Work Schedule & Shifts

• Working Hours: Full-time retail hours (Specific roster details to be discussed during interview).

💰 Salary range: $3,500 – $5,000/month (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)

📅 Days off: Scheduled monthly rest days.

✅ Job Scope & Requirements

• Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and manage retail sales of TCM products.

• Accurately dispense traditional Chinese herbs according to TCM prescriptions.

• Manage store operations, inventory, and overall customer service standards.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive service attitude.

• Working Environment Note: Must be comfortable working around raw Chinese herbs, herbal smells, powders, and natural herbal dust.
