Truck Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: $75,000 per year

CR&R is seeking a Truck Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily shop operations and ensure our fleet of refuse and heavy-duty trucks is maintained safely, efficiently, and ready for service. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting reliable operations across our service areas.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise shop personnel and assign daily work
• Ensure timely, high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance
• Manage work orders, documentation, and parts inventory
• Enforce safety standards and shop procedures
• Coordinate with operations to reduce equipment downtime

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of heavy-duty truck maintenance experience
• Supervisory or lead experience in a shop environment
• Knowledge of CNG, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Refuse industry experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
