Summary
Loads and unloads industrial and agricultural supplies like pipe and hardware using forklifts and pallet jacks, assists customers, and keeps storage areas clean.
The Industrial & Agricultural Retail Loading Crew Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading products, including pipe, hardware, and agricultural supplies, onto customer trailers and vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to operate material handling equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load products onto customer trailers and vehicles, as well as unload deliveries.
- Assist customers with their orders when needed, including responding to inquiries.
- Maintain organized and clean storage and loading areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Work Saturdays is required to support business operations is required
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
