Wilson Auto Family is looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Support Specialist to join our team in Stillwater, OK. We operate two dealerships side by side and are proud to offer a clean, organized, and customer-first environment. This position plays a key role in supporting our service department and ensuring a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, service shop, and outdoor lot

• Run vehicles through the car wash to prepare for customer pick-up

• Organize and park new vehicle deliveries arriving throughout the day and overnight

• Run errands and assist the service department as needed

• Support overall service department operations and team efficiency

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and be on your feet for extended periods

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
