Shopfloor Trainer - Tires
Summary
Trains and qualifies production-floor operators on tire-assembly processes, updates training materials, and monitors quality and performance in a manufacturing plant.
- Knows and applies all work instructions and procedures specific to the activity;
- Participates in training programs and acquires the necessary knowledge, putting accent on self training;
- Develops employees by: Instruction/ reinstruction of operators depending on the requirements;
- Leading professional training in order to qualify/ requalify operators according to the training plan;
- Monitoring quality level and work effectiveness of operators and collaboration with the respective Production Area in order to improve individual results.
- Conceives and updates training plans & materials to qualify operators;
- Designs theoretical and practical tests necessary for the qualification and requalification of operators;
- Coordinates the testing and retesting of operators;
- Archives files and updates the qualification matrix;
- Collaborates with the production senior operators on all training topics.
- Highschool degree mandatory & baccalaureate.
- University degree is a plus
- Experience in a production environment;
- Train the trainer degree represents a plus;
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge;
- English language: fluency in both speaking and writing;
