Shopify Developer

We are looking for a Shopify Developer to join a long-term project for a German client, building and maintaining a Shopify-based online store. You'll build and maintain custom storefront features, apps/themes and integrations with third-party systems.
What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain custom Shopify apps and themes
• Build integrations with ERP, PIM, payment and logistics providers
• Customize storefront templates using Liquid
• Optimize store performance and checkout conversion
• Collaborate with the client's product and design team on new features
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues in live stores

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience building Shopify apps and themes
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (app/theme development)
• Solid understanding of JavaScript
• Experience with Liquid templating
• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL API integrations
• English level C1, comfortable in daily communication with a German client

Nice to have:

• Experience with headless commerce setups
• Familiarity with Shopify Plus
