SHORE INFRASTRUCTURE READINESS MANAGER

You will serve as a Shore Infrastructure Readiness Manager in the the Branch Head for Fleet Shore Readiness (N464) Directorate of the Maritime Headquarters (MI-IQ) of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.

You will serve as the Branch Head for Fleet Shore Readiness.

You will develop and implement strategic planning products for USFF’s shore portfolio, ensuring alignment with Fleet operational requirements and strategic guidance.

You will support the Maritime Operations Center (MOC), providing critical shore expertise during exercises and real-world contingency operations.

You will represent the command and coordinate directly with counterparts at other high-level commands to integrate plans and resolve complex issues.

You will serve as a senior subject matter expert, providing authoritative analysis and recommendations to senior leadership (Flag/SES level) on shore issues.

You will serve as the program lead for Mission Assurance (MA) and Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI), establishing risk-mitigation frameworks and ensuring the operational resilience of critical shore assets.

You will assign work, establish work plan priorities, and set deadlines for Branch personnel.

You will develop performance standards for Branch personnel.

You will ensure that adequate time is permitted for personnel to carry out assigned EEO duties.

You will asses and prioritize investments for Military Construction (MILCON); Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM); and Base Operating Support (BOS).
