Requirements

• Excellent attendance
• Above average mechanical & problem-solving skills
• Must be able to read & work from blueprints and preliminary designs
• Proficient with micrometers & calipers
• Able to take direction and adapt to ever changing demands
• Excellent work ethic, requires minimal supervision
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills
• Physically able to stand for long periods
• Good documentation and administrative skills
• Must be flexible with work hours
• Ability to work overtime as required

Job Description

• Operate a power press, following all press operation procedures and QC requirements
• Ensure press is working at full capacity, stocked with needed materials, well maintained & periodically checks on output
• Check finished product to ensure it is defect free and ready for next step in production
