Role Objective

Drive sales, customer experience, and overall showroom performance while leading on-ground execution teams. Own conversion, revenue, and execution quality end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities

  • Convert walk-ins into orders (B2C, designers, dealers)
  • Deliver guided product experience and close sales
  • Lead and manage teams: showroom sales, field sales, and installers
  • Ensure seamless coordination from sale → site visit → installation
  • Maintain showroom standards, displays, and stock coordination
  • Capture leads and drive strong follow-ups & closures
  • Build network with designers, contractors, and local partners
  • Track and report sales, footfall, conversion, and team performance

KPIs

  • Conversion rate & monthly revenue
  • Team productivity (sales + installations)
  • Average billing value
  • Lead closure rate
  • Installation quality & timelines
  • Designer/dealer onboarding

Ideal Candidate

  • 4–8 years in retail/showroom sales + team handling
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and closing skills
  • Experience in interior products / site execution preferred
  • Target-driven and process-oriented

Positioning

Acts as a single-point business owner—controlling sales, team performance, and final execution quality for the Ahmedabad market.



Requirements

Experience: Generally 4+ years in building materials, luxury surfaces, or interior products.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Marketing/Business Administration is preferred.
Industry Networks: A proven existing network of architects and interior designers is preferred.
Personal Presence: High level of professionalism and the ability to confidently present to high-net-worth (HNI) clients and institutional buyers.
