THE JOB:
As a Showroom Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily showroom operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across live entertainment and special events. Through your leadership and operational expertise, you will oversee front-of-house activities, including guest seating, VIP accommodations, and event readiness, while collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Manage daily showroom and front-of-house operations, including event preparation, guest admissions, seating arrangements, VIP accommodations, and overall venue presentation
- Lead and develop showroom team members through scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and daily operational support
- Collaborate with Entertainment, Production, Security, and other departments to coordinate event logistics, guest flow, staffing needs, and operational readiness
- Oversee guest service standards, resolve escalated guest concerns, and ensure a welcoming and memorable entertainment experience
- Monitor showroom safety, accessibility, crowd management, and emergency procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Evaluate daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes that enhance team efficiency and the overall guest experience
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience in ticketing, box office or showroom operations required
