• Place orders with buyers during showroom appointments, covering styles, colours, sizes, quantities and delivery dates

• Guide buyers through the collection and build a balanced assortment based on the agreed budget and our assortment recommendations

• Ensure every order follows our brand guidelines

• Check orders for accuracy and align open points with the responsible sales manager

• Enter orders into our system and send order confirmations to clients and sales managers

• Handle order changes and cancellations

• Prepare daily order overviews for the sales team

• Proven experience placing orders with buyers in a wholesale showroom, ideally in luxury fashion or premium sportswear

• A strong interest in fashion and product

• Confident in advising clients and working with budgets

• Precise and reliable with numbers and details

• Organised and client-oriented in a fast-paced environment

• Good German and English

• Available for the full campaign period from 14 January to 26 February 2027, including extended hours and weekends

• No ERP experience required, as full training is provided

• You’ll be based at our modern headquarters in Munich’s Berg am Laim district, complete with a rooftop terrace and a barista bar
