Welcome customers to the showroom and introduce the company’s premium lighting and luxury home décor products.

Provide personalised product recommendations and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.

Handle customer enquiries and support customers from product selection to purchase.

Develop new sales opportunities through customer follow-ups and prospective client outreach.

Maintain good customer relationships and deliver a positive shopping experience.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily showroom operations.

Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
