Showroom Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional product demonstrations in the showroom.
• Recommend suitable kitchen appliance solutions based on customers' needs.
• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Assist with showroom merchandising and maintain product displays.
• Create and manage content for Xiaohongshu (RED), Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Support online marketing campaigns, promotions and showroom events.
• Respond to customer enquiries from social media and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with interior designers, contractors and business partners when required.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, social media marketing or home appliances is an advantage.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to showroom schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
