Summary
Systems engineer (clerk) in Wanfang Hospital's Digital Innovation Center: manages and maintains server and network data-center equipment, performs hardware/firmware updates and emergency incident handling, troubleshoots failures, and supports hospital staff PCs. Shift work required; IT department allowance after probation.
【工作內容】
(1)伺服器機房設備管理、操作與維護。
(2)網路機房設備維運管理，硬體與韌體系統維護更新與緊急性事件處理。
(3)設備故障問題分析及障礙排除。
(4)院內一般使用者電腦軟硬體維護/維修。
(5)主管交辦工作。
(6)其它臨時交辦應配合之任務性質工作。
【條件】
(1)具醫療場域相關工作經驗者、熟悉機房設備、網路管理及資料庫管理尤佳。
(2)具伺服器軟硬體管理維護、資訊設備環境設定、資料備份與復原、網路設備設定安裝等經驗。
(3)可接受輪班制度，態度積極，參與團隊合作，抗壓性高，擅長溝通協調，具備解決問題的獨立思考能力。
(4)熟悉Excel、PowerPoint、Word等文書系統。
