DE的部分:
1. Digital IP design. Develop/integrate high speed interface design
2. Famlilar with PCIe is a plus
2. FPGA is a plus
3. familiar with UVM is a plus

DV的部分:
1. Digital design verification .Co-work with IP design teams to achieve pre-silicon verification of hardware
2. Have good senses of UVM or system verilog
3. Familiar with PCIe/CXL is plus
