【Responsibilities】:
1. System Development & DevOps: Lead the development, deployment (CI/CD), and monitoring of automation tools and AI Agent systems to support frontline operations across the Group and global subsidiaries.
2. Requirement Translation: Collaborate with global and internal teams to translate product/process requirements into scalable technical specifications and system architectures.
3. End-to-End Delivery & AI Co-Development: Lead the full project lifecycle (0 to 1) for global rollouts—from architecture design to deployment—while leveraging AI Agents for coding, testing, and debugging to accelerate group-wide delivery.
4. Cross-System Integration: Integrate data and workflows across group-wide functional systems (supply chain, finance, sales) to ensure technical solutions deliver practical operational results.

【Qualifications】:

• Experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in software development lifecycles and best practices.
• Professional working proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration on global projects.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps toolchains, including CI/CD, containerization, cloud deployment, monitoring/alerting, and version control.
• Track record of leading or deeply engaging in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to production rollout.
• 1+ years of practical experience utilizing AI Agents(such as Claude) for collaborative software development and coding.
• Strong ability to translate complex, cross-functional business requirements into executable and maintainable technical solutions.
