Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for assisting with installing Storm Shutters according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with viewing the daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools, and equipment for the day.
- Assist with reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner and achieve/maintain an elevated level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and document obstacles.
- Follow OSHA safety standard practices.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Residential hurricane shutter experience helpful.
- Initiative-taking, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to read and interpret field drawings and blueprints helpful.
- The ability to read a measuring tape.
