We’re looking for a heart-led Shuttle Driver to bring that spirit to life at our Indian Shores location. From welcoming guests aboard to helping them discover the best of the surrounding area, you'll play an important role in creating seamless, soul-filled stays. Whether you're lending a hand with luggage, sharing a local recommendation, or making sure every ride is safe and comfortable, you'll help make the journey just as memorable as the destination.

Here's What You'll Be Up To:

• Make every ride feel welcoming. Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and fellow team members, creating a positive experience from pickup to drop-off.

• Get guests where they need to go. Safely transport guests to designated resort pickup and drop-off locations while following assigned routes and varying schedules.

• Lend a helping hand. Proactively assist guests with luggage, bags, skis, and other belongings as needed. Secure and store luggage and parcels when requested.

• Be the local connection. Share helpful directions, recommendations, and information about the resort, surrounding communities, and local happenings. Stay informed about relevant local events and attractions.

• Keep every ride safe and ready. Clean, inspect, and maintain assigned vehicles, helping ensure they meet company safety and quality standards.

• Stay on top of the details. Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and trip logs in accordance with company guidelines.

• Protect what keeps us moving. Secure vehicles whenever they are not in use and follow all applicable local, state, federal, and company transportation regulations.

• Pitch in where needed. Help maintain welcoming resort entryways, including clearing snow when applicable, and support additional duties as assigned.

You're Great Because:

• You have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record, with periodic DMV record reviews as required.

• You bring at least 2–3 years of safe driving experience and understand the importance of responsible driving.

• You have a high school diploma or GED.

• You enjoy helping people and bring a genuine, guest-first approach to every interaction.

• You're organized, dependable, and comfortable keeping track of daily responsibilities, reports, and schedules.

• You can work independently while remaining a thoughtful and supportive team member.

• You're adaptable and able to stay calm, focused, and courteous when things get busy or plans change.

• You have strong time-management skills and can prioritize tasks to meet operational needs.

• You're eager to learn about the resort and surrounding area so you can help guests make the most of their stay.

• You're comfortable assisting with luggage and other guest belongings weighing up to 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• You're able to meet the position's essential physical and sensory requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• You have the flexibility to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
