Angel Fire Resort is hiring Shuttle Drivers to transport guests and employees around the resort this winter season. This position is responsible for driving the 14 and 23 passenger shuttles to transport guests and employees to and from local destinations including the Ski Area, Country Club, parking lots, wedding sites, and the back side of the mountain. Applicants must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times, become familiar with the resort and be able to answer customer questions, complete each aspect of the job with safety as a top priority, maintain a clean shuttle, perform daily shuttle inspections, and be able to work flexible shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in public transportation, will understand roads in different weather conditions, and will be able to remain calm in a demanding environment.
Base Pay: Starts at $18/hr depending on experience

Leadership Responsibilities: No
Required Certs or Licenses: DOT Physical required. CDL preferred but not necessary to start, Driver’s License required. Must have a driving record insurable under resort insurance. Must have experience driving large vehicles in variable weather conditions including rain, snow, mud, and ice.
Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Minimum Age: 18
Typical Shift: 8am-5pm but night shift schedules may be available as well
Environment: This is an indoor position. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift/carry 50lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner, following the shuttle rotation set forth by the Transportation Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and assist them with directions around the resort as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations, and enforce all passenger safety protocols.
- Be able to operate the shuttle safely in extreme winter conditions in high foot traffic areas.
- Report any accidents or incidents to security manager and/or officers.
- Be flexible in scheduling and on-call shifts as the weather can change the shuttle schedule.
