Shuttle Driver at Volkswagen of South Miami

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely transport customers and/or team members between dealership locations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers and employees to and from designated locations.
• Ensure passengers are picked up and dropped off in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained shuttle vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and other required documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding schedules and transportation needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, if needed, to assist with customer belongings.
• Flexible availability, including weekends if required.
• Previous shuttle, delivery, or transportation experience is preferred but not required.
