Shuttle Driver
JOB OVERVIEW: Provide safe and efficient transportation for all shuttles & transportation operations while offering exceptional guest service. When passengers have questions, drivers must respond in a polite and friendly manner, deal with any complaints, and help with luggage as needed. Additional responsibilities include providing general operational support to management as assigned.

SPECIFICATIONS: Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.
SCHEDULE: Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as business requires – on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Report to work when scheduled, on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tag. Personal appearance and grooming must conform with standard.
- Handle all duties according to policies and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about daily operations, check log books and bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures and events.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- At the beginning and end of their shift, they inspect their vehicle to ensure that it is functioning correctly.
- Following proper safe driving procedures and safety protocol AT ALL TIMES
- Greeting all guests upon arrival, respond to questions in a polite and friendly manner, deal with complaints similarly while notifying management.
- Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Ensure that passengers and luggage are safely loaded and unloaded from their buses.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of shuttles/vans and additional assigned work areas.
- Ensure shuttle/van is in proper working order (has fuel, running properly, clean, etc.) at beginning and end of shift.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of scheduled events locally that may affect traffic and/or scheduled routes.
- Must maintain proper CDL credentials and endorsements at all times.
