Shuttle Driver

Description

NOT YOUR AVERAGE DRIVING GIG.

No cubicle. No boss breathing down your neck. No 3-hour commute. Just you, a clean shuttle, good music (at a guest-approved volume), and a steady stream of travelers who are very happy to see you.

You’re the first “Welcome to Virginia!” and the last “Safe travels!” Every ride is a 10-minute chance to make someone’s day, and yes, people tip for that.

We’re hiring drivers to shuttle guests for all 9 Shamin hotels near Richmond International Airport. One team, nine hotels, tons of travelers, and plenty of chances to earn tips.

YOUR 9 HOME BASES

You’ll drive guests for all of these hotels around Richmond International Airport:

  • Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel
  • DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond Airport
  • Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport
  • Hampton Inn Richmond Airport
  • Homewood Suites by Hilton Richmond Airport
  • Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Airport
  • Residence Inn by Marriott Richmond Airport
  • Hyatt Select Richmond Airport
  • Holiday Inn Express Richmond Airport

Big names, steady travelers, and plenty of tip-worthy rides.

WHY THIS JOB HITS DIFFERENT

  • Tips on top of your hourly pay. Your great attitude literally pays off.
  • Pick your pace. Full-time with benefits, or part-time around school, kids, or retirement.
  • Short local routes. Hotels, the airport, and nearby spots.
  • Every day is different. Business travelers, families, wedding parties, sports teams. You’ll hear some stories.
  • Actual career growth. With 80+ hotels, we promote from within. Today’s driver could be tomorrow’s manager.
  • No hotel experience needed. If you’re a safe driver who enjoys people, we’ll teach you the rest.

A DAY IN THE DRIVER’S SEAT

  • Pick up guests at the airport and get them to any of our 9 hotels safe and smiling
  • Run routes between our hotels, the airport, and nearby destinations
  • Lend a hand with luggage (you’ll be shocked what people pack)
  • Be the local expert: “Where’s good BBQ around here?”
  • Do quick pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
  • Keep your ride clean and guest-ready
  • Log miles and passenger counts
  • Stay in the loop with the team on flight delays and schedule changes
