1. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
2. Understand customer requirements and manage overall program status to ensure project milestones are achieved.
3. Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality, and effectively manage multiple tasks to ensure projects progress smoothly.
5. Develop a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and support quotation, cost analysis, and business development activities.
6. Monitor production schedules, product development progress, and delivery commitments to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer requirements.
7. Manage ODM/OEM customer programs and facilitate collaboration among customers, engineering teams, and factory operations to achieve successful project outcomes.
