SI Manager (TDC)

A Signal Integrity (SI) Manager leads a team of engineers responsible for the electrical fidelity of high-speed signals in electronic systems, ranging from silicon chips to complex PCB assemblies.

• Team Leadership: Mentors engineers, oversees project schedules.
• SI/PI Sign-off: Responsible for the final validation and sign-off of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) for chips, packages, and PCBs.
• Design & Modeling: Leads pre-layout and post-layout analysis to model passive channels and high-speed I/O.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to optimize system-level performance and resolve design trade-offs.
• Provide technical support to sales team for ACS high speed products and help customers to solve their interconnect challenges.
• Assist in developing strategies to distinguish our products and solutions from those of our competitors.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enable them to effectively handle channel simulation across PCIe and Ethernet BUS, as well as optimize customers’ PCB layouts within the system budget
