You'll provide oversight of service performance, drive stakeholder alignment, and support the resolution of cross-service risks and issues, helping to ensure services deliver value and meet business needs.

Core duties\:

  • Act as the voice of the business, ensuring priorities are reflected in service expectations, governance and performance outcomes across the SIAM model
  • Partner with Digital Product and Platform teams to translate business needs into Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and measurable service outcomes
  • Analyse service performance and user experience data to provide insights that support decision-making and service assurance
  • Identify and manage cross-service issues, risks and dependencies, ensuring effective governance, escalation and resolution
  • Drive alignment across services, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery remains focused on business priorities and expected outcomes
  • Use service insights and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and influence supplier performance and accountability
  • Support the adoption and continuous development of the SIAM operating model, promoting consistent governance, standards and ways of working

Essential Skills\:

  • Proven experience in SIAM and Service Integration leadership roles within complex multi-supplier environments
  • Knowledge of SIAM principles, ITIL practices, service management processes, governance frameworks and supplier integration models
  • Experience establishing and evolving SIAM operating models, governance structures and service integration frameworks
  • Ability to improve supplier performance, service accountability and continual service improvement, including the use of KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, XLAs and service metrics
  • Effective stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and risk management skills, with experience leading governance forums and managing supplier relationships
  • Experience using ServiceNow and supporting service transitions, supplier onboarding and offboarding, organisational change and cross-functional service delivery

The Team\:

You'll be part of the Digital Service Integrator capability within BAE Systems SIAM organisation. Working closely with strategic partners, Operational Integration, Service Assurance, Procurement and tower teams, the team supports the delivery of integrated services across a multi-supplier environment.
