Siemens Opcenter MES Modeller

Seeking an experienced Siemens Opcenter/Core MES Modeller with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end MES process modelling, configuration, and implementation using Opcenter/Camstar.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Siemens Opcenter/Core MES and Core Designer.
  
• End-to-end MES process modelling, workflows, transactions, and object relationships.
  
• Knowledge of CIO/MOM, ERP, and shop-floor equipment integration.
  
• Understanding of inbound/outbound messaging and system interfaces.
  
• SQL queries, ISA-95, and manufacturing execution processes.
  
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, and testing.
  
• Good to have: Portal Studio, MIO, PLC, SCADA, OPC, and regulated manufacturing experience.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into MES configurations.
  
• Design and configure manufacturing workflows, operations, and transactions.
  
• Support ERP and equipment integration.
  
• Perform validation, unit testing, troubleshooting, and UAT.
  
• Support deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with business and technical teams.
