SIGDEV Analyst

Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keep our troops safe.

The contract has a current opening for a candidate to support, optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advance technologies over IP. To be considered, candidates must understand the significance of their role within the 24x7 mission essential TTO.

Must be able to support varying schedules. We do our best to schedule around individual preferences but shifts range from day, swing, and mid-shift including weekends and holidays.

Required Skills:
-Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
-FORNSAT experience is required
-Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems
-DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
-Basic troubleshooting experience
-Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly
-Familiar with commercial SATCOM technologies
-Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)

Desired Skills:
Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and or Python)
Familiar with Apache NiFi
Basic knowledge of network protocols
