Responsibilities
- Sign design and production
- Operate production equipment: CNC, Wide Format Printer, Plotter, Laminator, Panel Saw, other
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Consult/interface with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
- Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional

- 5+ years of experience as a professional sign maker – design and production
- Background in vinyl creation and application
- Large format digital printing, plotting, masking
- CNC Routing and Cutting
- Design creativity
- Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with RIP software
- Knowledgeable in color management
