Signage Sales Manager

JX Signage is looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

If you are independent, results-focused, and confident in generating your own sales opportunities, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

• Identify and secure new signage projects

• Manage client relationships from enquiry to project completion

• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients

• Work independently to achieve monthly targets

• Collaborate with our design and production team to deliver projects smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented and responsible

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven and able to generate your own leads

• Experience in sales (signage, construction, or related industries is a plus)

• Able to manage projects and clients independently

What We Offer

• Flexible working environment

• High reward commission system

• 8% commission on all sales (including tender projects)

• Monthly KPI target: $20,000 in sales
